This apartment is located in one of Barcelona's newest emblematic buildings and has gorgeous park and pool views. Beautiful, spacious, stylishly decorated apartment with large terrace offers a truly comfortable and convenient accommodation. Big terrace of 35m2 with table and chairs. Stylish living room features a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed for a comfortable stay. There two double bedrooms: an en-suite bedroom with large double bed and a twin bedroom. Linen and towels are provided by the property. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request. 2 Complete marble bathrooms. In the laundry room you will find a washer and a dryer, iron and ironing board. Caretaker and security guard 24 hours a day. There is an elevator in the building.
