Summary: Rented out this home for a group of 12. Did not receive any instructions or correspondence for check in and had to reach out about an hour before the check in time. Check in is in an office 10-15 minutes away from the house, but it was quick and easy. Once getting to the house it was nice and spacious with a main kitchen and small kitchen near the rooms. It was well accommodating, and everyone enjoyed their rooms. There is a big dining table for everyone to enjoy a meal and a pool with a outdoor bbq grill. The only issue we ran into was the AC stopped working through certain parts of the house although we minded the rule to not change past the set temperature. Correspondence was a bit slow in regards to requesting information and no โ€œcheck outโ€ procedures listed before departure. Overall the house was a great place for a large group! (As long as the AC doesnโ€™t give out)
