Sleeping 12, this LARGE (4,260 sq ft) home is stylishly and comfortably furnished with plenty of room for gathering, dining and playing games together in the spacious family areas or screened porch, while also offering numerous areas for a little alone time . . . reading a book or catching up on your favorite shows on a cloudy day (7 smart TVs, 1 with cable in rec room.) The lower level offers a comfy sectional upon which to watch the 75" Cable TV, a kitchenette, a ping-pong table and a small pool table. If you have to do some work while on vacation, there is a spacious office in the 1st Fl primary bedroom, complete with desks, monitors and printer! BIG Bonus: You don't have to leave your fur baby at home or in a kennel, as this home is dog friendly with a minimum $300 pet fee and addendum! Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. Bonus 2: Owner graciously supplies 2 Rehoboth Beach Parking Permits! Bonus 3: Two en-suite BRs with king beds! Bonus 4: An electric car charging station in the garage is available for only $75 per stay!
