The primary bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom with ample counter space and a custom-tiled shower, a brand-new king bedroom set, and OCEAN VIEWS. Equipped with a well-appointed kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, central air conditioning, ocean views from all rooms, and lake views of Lewes and Rehoboth Canal. You have water views from every room in the condo. A large balcony with new patio furniture and DIRECT OCEAN VIEWS is the perfect place to enjoy the ocean breezes and whale watching!
LOCATION: Easy access to Cape Henlopen State Park, the nearby coastal resort town of Rehoboth Beach, tax-free outlet shopping, Gordons Pond, and lots of fine dining!
PARKING: There are two reserved parking spots marked #707.
AMENITIES: 21 Ocean Drive offers bike racks, tennis courts, a pool, a marina, a kayak launch, a tot lot, and a private beach with access directly across the street. Community amenities ($150 amenity fee) include an outdoor pool, tennis, marina, and pier for kayak, as well as canoe launches.
