The kitchen offers top-of-the-line GE appliances, a kitchen island for additional seating, and a fully stocked kitchen. The primary suite is located on the bottom level with a King Bed and a huge spa-like primary bathroom with a fantastic shower and double vanity. Two more bedrooms and the sitting front room are located on the bottom level. The dining area will accommodate four people plus four at the breakfast island, HE full washer & dryer available in the separate laundry room, and so much more. The second level of this home offers a huge bonus room, "kids room," a large bedroom w/queen bed, and a full bathroom. Driveway and garage parking are available for up to three cars (Street parking is prohibited). There were no details left behind when building this home. Luxury meets the beach! **** This home is available all year round and great for multi-generational family vacations, holidays, and corporate retreats.

Access to the Junction and Breakwater Bike Trails (connecting Rehoboth and Lewes Beach) is located across from the community entrance. Bike downtown Rehoboth Beach to enjoy the area's most excellent restaurants, relax on the beach, or enjoy the boardwalk.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
