There's room for everyone (including your dog) in this 4+ BR, 3 BA home that offers 2 spacious living areas to dine, watch TV, play games and just hang out with the fam. (sleeps 10) Take a walk into Rehoboth to enjoy the gorgeous beach, boardwalk and unique restaurants and shops . . . or use one of the bikes in the home to tool around town or hop on the adjacent bike trail. In no time, you could be in a state park or in historic Lewes ("the first town in the first state")! You won't even need to leave the community to have Grande offers 2 large swimming pools, several tennis courts, fitness centers and children's playground. Have a cloudy day, binge-watch your favorite shows on one of the 3 smart TVs or whip up a gourmet meal in the well equipped kitchen. (gas BBQ grill on premises too!)
Guests pay a $245 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
