Positive: Unique place to stay. Great price for what I needed. Convenient as a "base camp". Felt safe..good property lighting at nite. Nice rooftop pool. Great nightly music from the bar across the water. Cute decor.

Negative: Kind of a work in progress. Broken latch on head door. Many area rugs covering up floors that needed repairs. Coffee maker but I had to purchase my own pods. Hard for the A/C units to keep up during the day.
