Situated in Key Largo between Tavernier Key and Rodriguez Key, the property is a peninsula with three sides surrounded by water. The floor to ceiling windows offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. If you are a fisherman, you have direct access to the Atlantic Ocean and Tavernier Creek is just minutes away to fish the back country. Of course, there's also plenty of fishing available right from the private fishing pier. You can enjoy watching dolphin, lobster, snapper, stingrays, tarpon, and many other creatures. At night there's tons of action in the underwater lights. Pennekamp offers the best diving and snorkeling in the world and is only a 15 minute boat ride away. Come and enjoy this underwater playground, all in your very own backyard!!!
The harbor cut out provides a safe protected area for boats up to 30 ft. There is also a 20K lb. boat lift for boats up to 36 ft. for an additional charge. There is a channel right off the dock with direct ocean access. Electric and water are both available on dock.
The ground level party/game room offers tons of living space. There is a full bathroom, kitchenette (full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher), pool table,2 flat screen TV's, full size dining room table, and a sleeper sofa that can be partitioned off for privacy.
The 2nd floor has full kitchen with the dining area that is open to a large 2 story living room with a wall of windows sliders that open onto the balcony with 3 sided unobstructed views of the ocean. Off the living area are 2 bedrooms (each bedroom contains queen beds and sets of bunk beds) and another large full bathroom.
The master suite occupies the entire 3rd floor with a king bed and pull out sofa. The master bath includes tub and spacious shower. The 3rd floor private balcony with 3 sided unobstructed views of the ocean is a perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee while you breathe in the sensual salt air and watch the sunrise over the Atlantic.
